Express Oil Change is one of the leading automotive maintenance and repair service providers in the United States. Since 2017, I have worked on hundreds of email communications to support various stages of the customer journey. These areas include bi-monthly promotions, customer satisfaction surveys, and lost customer campaigns. All emails are responsive and feature dynamic elements, such as address and phone information to a customer’s nearest store. My responsibilities include designing hero image graphics, writing copy, and assembling coupon images.

Templates for Speedy Design
To better improve speed, productivity, and consistency, I developed a template system for email designs. By utilizing a template, we were able to rapidly create and deploy emails on short notice.
